Why does HIV affect CD4 cells?
When the HIV virus enters your body
it has to enter a cell to live and
reproduce. The HIV virus likes to
attack the CD4 cell the best.
When the HIV virus gets into your
body it attacks your CD4 cells and
reproduces. This kills the CD4 cells.
When the virus kills the CD4 cells
your body cant fight off infections
like it used to. Now it is easier
to get sick.
