Coping with the everyday stresses
of having HIV
Life is full of stresses, big and
small. Sometimes stress can make it
hard to sleep and can cause an upset
stomach (indigestion) or high blood
pressure, or you may have problems
controlling your anger or sadness.
As an HIV-positive youth, its
important for you to keep your stress
low and keep things in perspective.
Everyone has their own ways of dealing
with stress.
