A healthy, "balanced" diet

People are always being told to "eat a balanced diet." But have you ever asked yourself what that really means? Well, it means that you need to make daily meals and snacks from foods from all four basic food groups—fruits and vegetables, proteins, bread and cereals, dairy. If you don’t feel sick, keep eating a healthy diet so you feel well longer. And if HIV has made you sick, you can use food as part of your “get-well” plan.
